FIND THE RIGHT LEVEL FOR YOU

Mixed Ability Body Control Pilates Class

This mixed ability class is suitable for clients of varying experience, you can be new to Pilates or someone looking to gain further knowledge whilst increasing strength and stamina.

We will work through a number of exercises whilst either standing, sitting or lying on a mat. The focus is upon building core strength, greater mobility and improving your posture.

If you are returning to exercise post-injury this is the class for you.  Each exercise can be modified to suit a clients ability, with challenging variations for those with more experience.You don’t need any equipment.

Intermediate Level Body Control Pilates Class

This class is suitable for anyone who has experience of Pilates and is looking to be challenged.

Progressions and varying levels of challenge will be offered ensuring clients can work at their own ability level.

Each class will help to build strength and stamina whilst focusing on alignment .

Bring weights if you have them or tin cans from your cupboard.

Exciting news ….. we have a new home ….. Studio 17, Egerton Road South , SK4 5BR .

Last week I had the heartwarming experience of teaching an ‘in person’ class from my new studio. It was wonderful to gather old and new clients, roll out our mats and move together ❤️. Click on the link to watch a short video x x 🙏
