This mixed ability class is suitable for clients of varying experience, you can be new to Pilates or someone looking to gain further knowledge whilst increasing strength and stamina.
We will work through a number of exercises whilst either standing, sitting or lying on a mat. The focus is upon building core strength, greater mobility and improving your posture.
If you are returning to exercise post-injury this is the class for you. Each exercise can be modified to suit a clients ability, with challenging variations for those with more experience.You don’t need any equipment.
This class is suitable for anyone who has experience of Pilates and is looking to be challenged.
Progressions and varying levels of challenge will be offered ensuring clients can work at their own ability level.
Each class will help to build strength and stamina whilst focusing on alignment .
Bring weights if you have them or tin cans from your cupboard.
